True Stories

buckleyandleon90
Just two weeks ago, I was an eager student with a 4.0+ GPA, was going to be captain of the volleyball team next year, and had just been chosen for an internship in Washington D.C. in March. My parents were always telling me they were proud of me. Then I got caught. They never knew what my "secret life" was. I was drinking and smoking pot and someone turned me in to my small private school's administration for smoking pot. I tried to lie about it, but the truth came forward. Now, my parents don't trust me and I threw away what I've spent years working for, for a joint. I know that I will not ever do a single drug or drink another drop of alcohol again, and I beg anyone who hasn't started, don't. It's not worth it. I didn't live above the influence and now I'm paying the consequences, and they are taking a toll.
